Mr Ajibade Oluwabiyi is the Founder and CEO of BPL Nigeria Ltd, a Battery Recycling, Lead Ingot production and Export company in Nigeria, which he founded 13 years ago and has gradually grown into one of Nigeria's top recycling and export companies.. He has put BPL Nigeria Ltd on the “map” as a leading export company on the Top 20 Exporters in Nigeria list published by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2013/2014. With years of experience in the commodities trading industry, he led the company from a startup capital of ₦5 Million to one with an asset base of over ₦5 Billion and revenue of N8, growing at a CAGR of 25% since its inception. With an installed capacity of 7,000MT of Lead Ingots annually, BPL is expanding its capacity to 28,000MT. He currently chairs the board of Neveah Nigeria Limited, one of Nigeria's leading solid mineral export companies. He also sits on the board of BMC Metals, Evercore Group, and Terralix Nig Ltd. Ajibade has a B.Sc in Electrical Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA with a concentration in – Finance and Strategy from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain. He is passionate about seeing Nigeria becoming a more efficient business environment and growing the Nigerian export market.

Mr. Ibidapo Lawal is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Neveah Limited, a leading indigenous export firm which he spearheaded and elevated to market leader status using well-tested business strategies. From starting his first venture as just a teenager to founding Activo Global Investments- a start-up that provided training and consulting services on exportation in Nigeria - in 2007, which eventually led to the inception of Neveah Limited in 2014, Mr. Lawal is an astute and seasoned businessman with a unique sense of Purpose. Driven by a quest for knowledge and self-development, Mr Lawal acquired his bachelor’s degree from Lead City University, Ibadan, after which he secured a postgraduate MBA from Drexel University, Pennsylvania. He has also undergone training at several Executive Management and Finance programmes at reputable universities worldwide, including the Wharton School of Business. In the last five years, under Mr. Lawal’s leadership, Neveah Limited has raised about N24 Billion from the financial market and repaid N14 Billion+. He has also developed and grown the company’s export business from scratch to over 1000% in 6 years, with the firm recording a CAGR of 68% and 176% in revenue and profitability, respectively, within that time.
Dr. Akindoyin Akinbiyi Olaposi

Dr. Akindoyin Akinbiyi Olaposi - Director
Dr Akinbiyi is an experienced Cloud Architect and Data Engineer with over 11 years of experience working in Telecommunications, Academia, Consulting and Financial services. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, which he competed as the Best Graduating Student with First Class Honours. He also holds a Master’s in Broadband Wireless and Optical Communications, University of Leeds (Distinction 86%), and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the prestigious Imperial College London, UK. He has vast experience from working with different companies like J.P. Morgan Chase, PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP UK, Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP, London, Kainos Software Ltd, London. He has been involved in various Greenfield Cloud Migration Projects and holds various certifications including CKA and CKAD. He is also a member of the CNCF Multi-tenancy Working Group of the upstream Kubernetes SIGs community helping with the development and standardization of multi-tenancy architectures within Kubernetes. In 2017, he was endorsed by the UK government as an exceptional talent in Digital Technology. Dr Akinbiyi assumed the position of an Executive Director at Neveah Limited in 2021. He is also a Senior Cloud Architect at HSBC Digital Solutions providing architectural solutions and internal consultancy for project delivery.

Mrs. Abidemi Lawal - Director
Mrs. Lawal holds a bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. She currently sits as a non-executive director of the firm of Neveah Limited, a position which she has held since inception. She has worked in the civil service for 35 years and retired as a Director with the Oyo State government. An overview of her key experience includes training of teachers within the local government while also supervising alongside TESCOM team members to ensure the compliance of codes and standards with the government. Mrs. Lawal is also an astute businesswoman with several years of experience importing products for sale.
