Oluwabiyi Ajibade - Chairman
Oluwabiyi Ajibade is CEO of BPL Nigeria Ltd and Chairman of Neveah Limited. With a B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from UNILAG and an MBA from IE Business School, he built BPL into a ₦5bn asset exporter of recycled batteries. BPL was listed among CBN’s Top 20 Exporters and is expanding capacity from 7,000MT to 28,000MT. He also serves on the boards of BMC Metals, Evercore Group, and Terralix Nig. Ltd. Ajibade is dedicated to enhancing Nigeria’s export ecosystem and business climate.

Akindoyin Akinbiyi Olaposi

Akindoyin Akinbiyi Olaposi - Director
Dr. Akindoyin Akinbiyi is a Cloud Architect and Data Engineer with 13+ years of experience. He holds a First Class in Computer Engineering from OAU, an M.Sc. from the University of Leeds, and a Ph.D. from Imperial College London. He has worked at J.P. Morgan, PwC UK, and Kainos, leading major cloud migration projects. Certified in CKA and CKAD, he is active in the CNCF Kubernetes SIGs. Akinbiyi brings deep technical expertise and innovation to Neveah’s board.

Abidemi Lawal - Director
Mrs. Lawal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. Since Neveah Limited’s inception, she has served as a Non-Executive Director, providing strategic oversight and governance. Over a 35-year tenure in the Oyo State civil service, she rose to the rank of Director before retiring, where she led teacher training initiatives and, alongside TESCOM teams, ensured strict adherence to governmental codes and standards across local schools. In addition to her distinguished public-sector career, Mrs. Lawal is a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in importing and marketing consumer products.

Pandit Gireesh brings over 30 years of experience in the aluminum and metal recycling industry. He holds a B.Sc. in PCM from Magadh University and an advanced certification in Material Testing from PDT Centre, New Delhi. At Neveah, he oversees plant operations, drawing from past roles at Lloyd’s Industries, MINL Ltd, and others. His strengths include production planning, quality control, and team management. Known for integrity and discipline, Pandit plays a key role in driving Neveah’s operational success and mentoring teams toward sustainable manufacturing practices.

Shiv Sethia having Over 15 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Before Joining Neveah Limited as Virtual Chief Financial Officer (VCFO) Shiv was Deputy CFO at Valency International Pte Ltd:- Oversees African operations, financial planning, fundraising, ERP implementation, and accounting structure. Former Finance Controller at WACOT Limited- Managed audit and advisory services for listed companies in India. Education: Chartered Accountant (ICAI).

Borofori Ukiri is a finance expert with over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, trade finance, and compliance. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Abuja and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with an ACCA master’s equivalent. At Neveah Limited, he leads financial reporting and export finance. He previously served as Head of Financial Reporting at Eyrie Group and Senior Accounting Manager at Eyrie Energy, where he implemented IFRS standards and led major audits. Borofori brings regulatory insight and financial acumen to support Neveah’s fiscal health and international expansion.

Kabirat Adetunji is a trade operations specialist with deep knowledge in export logistics and finance. She holds a B.Sc. in Management & Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, an M.Sc. in Risk Management from the University of Lagos, and is ICAN and AATWA certified. At Neveah Limited, she manages minerals and metals exports, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control. Her prior roles in agro trading and auditing equipped her with expertise in trade documentation, EEG, vessel booking, and financial reconciliation. Kabirat’s operational precision enhances Neveah’s global export performance.

Ismaila Olawole is the Operations and logistics professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ilorin, where he graduated with Second Class Upper Division honors. He has gained valuable experience working in various organizations, developing expertise in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership. He began his career as a Logistics Supervisor at Lagos Ferry Services Ltd, where he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and coordination. Currently, he is serving as the Operations Manager at Neveah Limited, where he oversees daily production activities, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall performance and productivity.

His career spans multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, and Printing, where he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational efficiency and financial integrity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance, both from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. Oluwatobi is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He currently serves as an Internal Auditor at Neveah Limited Recycling Plant, located in Mowe, Ogun State.

Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Compliance across diverse industries including FMCG (BUA Group), logistics, and aluminium recycling. Proven track record of strengthening control environments, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance through risk-based audits and data-driven insights. Adept at designing and implementing internal control frameworks, conducting end-to-end audits, identifying process gaps, and driving sustainable corrective actions that improve governance and organizational performance. At Neveah, she leads cross-functional reviews that reduced operational risks, optimized processes, and achieved cost savings while improving compliance maturity levels.

Ope Mathews, AISPN is an Associate Member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), and a results-driven HSE professional with nearly six years of experience across civil construction, downstream oil and gas depot operations, and upstream drilling. Demonstrates strategic leadership in implementing, monitoring, and improving Integrated Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems in line with ISO standards and corporate objectives. Highly skilled in risk assessment, incident investigation, system auditing, and ISO-based compliance management. Ope holds multiple professional HSE certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ACLS, BLS, International Practical First Aid, Fire Safety Management, COSHH Risk Assessor, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 IMS Auditor credentials among many others.
